A series of general questions about your technology and your goals makes sure that our service is the best fit for your mission objectives. Following the signature of an NDA, a detailed technical discussion between you and our payload specialist can start.
The GreenBox Service by R-Space:
Your Fast Track to Space
The GreenBox Service is R-Space’s all-in-one solution for In-Orbit Demonstration (IOD) and In-Orbit Validation (IOV). Designed for rapid deployment and maximum ease of use, GreenBox is ideal for organizations looking to test and validate technology in space—whether you’re a seasoned space player or entering orbit for the first time.
The GreenBox Service
Simple. Fast. Reliable.
The standardized Payload Accommodation Unit (PAU) ensures a safe and fast integration process of your payload. As soon as you are ready, the pre-assembled satellite is waiting for you and your mission to space can start.
Due to the minimal number of technical requirements and a streamlined integration process, the GreenBox service is especially well-suited for companies with little or no prior experience in spacecraft development or operations. You bring the technology—we handle the rest.
The GreenBox service elements
The GreenBox service
The GreenBox service is a complete turnkey solution. With a minimal number and standardized interface requirements, your team can stay focused entirely on your innovation while we manage everything from integration to launch. In only seven steps your technology is in space:
Signature of our service contract
Only after all technical questions have been discussed and no show stopper has been identified, a service contract will be signed between you and R-Space
Payload integration
As soon as you are ready, you will receive a Payload accommodation unit (PAU) and you can start your mechanical and electrical compatibility testing to ensure a successful operation in orbit
Spacecraft integration
Two months before your launch date, you will send the PAU back to R-Space for spacecraft integration and final compatibility checks
Qualification testing
R-Space will conduct all the required qualification testing to ensure a successful launch and in orbit operation
Launch
Final launcher integration and the launch itself will be conducted with R-Space launch providers
In-Orbit operation
As soon as the satellite is operable in orbit you tests will start and your will receive data directly from your payload. Success!
